Our Mission
At HEAROAD, our mission is to transform hearing care through early detection, public health innovation, and ENT collaboration.
We aim to expand access to high-quality diagnostics, especially among underserved and aging populations, promoting equity, prevention, and long-term quality of life on a global scale.

About the Founder
HEAROAD was founded and is led by Dr. Monik Assis Espíndula Mota, a Brazilian otorhinolaryngologist with over 12 years of clinical, surgical, and academic experience. Her commitment to hearing loss as a public health issue began with her master’s-level research, which investigated the prevalence and associated factors of hearing loss in patients with chronic kidney disease.
